In this one day workshop with qualified Calm Coach Becci Godfrey, you will:

  • Learn how to activate the relaxation response anytime, anywhere
  • Learn the life-changing insights at the heart of this unique meditation technique
  • Learn the 3-step Mind Calm Method
  • Receive the 10 Mind Calm techniques
  • Learn how to meditate with your eyes open and shut
  • Be taught about the common meditation happenings and why they are OK!
  • Meditate for short periods of time with the group throughout the day
  • Receive guidance in a kind and supportive environment.


Held at the peaceful clinic space of Connected Chiropractic, this course is suitable for complete beginners and experienced meditators looking for a deeper experience of calm. The group size will be no more than 12 and the course is structured to give participants plenty of time to practice, ask questions and build up a solid experience of Calm.

Follow up support is provided with an online meditation community and the chance to repeat future courses again for free.
